"The legal culture must be taught to our citizens from the earliest years. The state in this noble work must go hand in hand with the civil society - parties, NGO's, and mass media," N. Nazarbayev said.
He also said that "struggle against corruption does not only assume drastic measures of punishment of criminals, but the whole complex of the government's work on daily basis". "The success in struggle against corruption in many respects depends on how coordinated the world community will act," the head of the state underlined.
